Travel & Ticketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Ticketing: Booking, issuance, and re-issuance of domestic and international air tickets.
• Travel Systems: Proficiently using GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus).
• Customer Support: Assisting clients with visa queries, tour packages, and travel itineraries.
• Documentation: Managing office records and travel documents on the computer.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the travel agency industry (Mandatory).
• Computer Skills: Strong command of Travel Ticketing software and MS Office.
• Communication: Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Education: Intermediate or Graduation.
