Role Summary We are looking for a versatile "all-rounder" to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our online presence through digital marketing while acting as the first point of contact for our customers. You will manage our website and social channels, ensuring our brand looks professional, and handle incoming inquiries with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Website & Marketing: Manage and update the company WordPress site, execute digital marketing strategies, and run email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
• Social Media: Oversee daily social media handling, including creating posts, scheduling content, and engaging with our audience.
• Customer Communication: Provide professional call handling for incoming inquiries and manage email correspondence to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proven experience with WordPress management and email marketing platforms.
• Communication: Good communication skills are essential. You must be articulate and confident on the phone and have strong writing skills for emails and ad copy.
